2015 Intake: MIDI Temporarily Unable to Issue File Numbers

MIDI temporary unable to issue file numbers

MIDI has announced that, as a result of high demand for work permit applicants, it will not be able to issue file numbers when filing QIIP files until at least mid-December.

This temporary measure will not affect the intake and is applicable to all financial intermediaries.

Although it will not be able to issue file numbers before mid-December, MIDI will confirm file submissions to RCI, which will, in turn, be able to inform all agents of the successful submission of the files as well as of the date of submission.

The agents will also be able to track file submissions using our individual courier tracking numbers.

Please note that the MIDI will still take in the files, but file numbers will take a few weeks longer to be issued.

As always, our account managers remain at your disposal to further discuss any of the above.

Best regards,
